Partial Wedding Planning Package

PRE-WEDDING DETAILS

  • Provide unlimited wedding advice in person, via email or over the phone.
  • Obtain full knowledge of your vision for how the ceremony will look and be conducted.
  • Schedule a meeting with you and all appropriate vendors at ceremony and reception location, during the month of the wedding, ensuring everyone has the same vision.
  • Design advice.
  • Provide vendor referrals.
  • Assistance with vendor selection.
  • Help with scheduling vendor appointments.
  • Attendance at 3 vendor appointments of your choice.
  • Assisting with picking a color scheme, theme and style for wedding.
  • Monthly check-ins to make sure that you are on track with your planning.
  • Assistance with rentals. Ordering, pick-up/delivery and return.
  • Verify all vendor details and contracts.
  • Receive all vendor contracts for verification of details.
  • Provide a detailed timeline starting at least one day before the wedding and ending at least one day after.
  • Call vendors the day before to confirm time of arrival.
  • Direct the rehearsal to make sure everyone feels comfortable with their role in the ceremony.

DAY-OF DETAILS

  • Arrive at the ceremony site up to 2 hours before the start.
  • Greet vendors as they arrive at location.
  • Work directly with Venue Manager, Officiant, Florist, Musician/DJ, Photographer and Videographer.
  • Oversee and participate in set-up and design of ceremony.
  • Reserve and designate seats for the families.
  • Line up the family and wedding party for the processional.
  • Cue the musicians.
  • Oversee the recessional.
  • Direct all guests to the reception location

RECEPTION

  • Set-up guest book, pre-alphabetized seating assignment cards, guest favors, table numbers/names, etc.
  • Oversee table set-up, make sure tables reflect seating chart, provided by couple.
  • Instruct ushers on seating and passing out programs.
  • Pass out final payment and gratuities to vendors.
  • Work closely with the MC to ensure the continuous flow of the event.
  • Conduct the “Grand Entrance”, special dances, toasts, cake cutting, etc.
  • Work along side with the Photographer, Videographer, DJ/Musician, MC, Caterer, etc.
  • Make sure all gifts and valuables are safely in a pre-assigned car at the end of reception.

POST-WEDDING DETAILS

  • Shipping of personal items, if necessary. (additional shipping charge may apply)
  • Arrange for dry-cleaning and pick-up (additional charge may apply)
