I am SO glad we went this route. Kelly took care of all of the details - She organized everything, gave the vendors direction, oversaw the set-up of the ceremony site (beach) and reception hall and ran the ceremony from behind the scenes. Don't get me wrong - I had tons of people helping as well, including a Host and Hostess of Ceremonies who were second in command and had just helped plan/execute their own son's wedding. BUT, even so - there were things that the people helping out just couldn't anticipate or knew how to handle. Kelly took charge and knew how to handle those things (for instance, organizing the musicians who showed up late). I don't even know what all because I didn't have to worry about any of it! She suggested we do a rehearsal (which we weren't originally going to do) and I'm so glad we did. There were a lot of things we hadn't really thought through - and she gave me suggestions on how to handle some of the things that did come up last minute - like mom wanting to walk me down the aisle along with my dad, symbolically including my step-mom in the ceremony, timing of the music, etc. Andrea Kelly is highly detail-oriented, she has a phenomenal sense of style, and she is a great person to work with! She was there to make sure all of the details were in order before, during and after our wedding. All of our vendors love her too! If you’re considering whether or not to have a coordinator for your wedding – I highly recommend it. On my wedding day I was able to relax, primp and get ready for my big moment with my maid of honor – it was really worth it! Thanks Kelly! Clara
